Delete your account
You can erase your account and everything attached to it, without asking anyone.
From inside the app — immediate
Open Profile → Account settings → Delete my account, and confirm.
The deletion happens straight away. This part of the app is behind a parental check, so a child cannot trigger it by accident.
By email — if you no longer have the app
What is deleted
- The parent account and its sign-in credentials.
- Every child profile: first name, avatar, and all progress.
- Finished lessons, experience points, streaks, badges and rewards.
- Everything your child wrote in the app.
- Daily learning time records.
Nothing is kept as a copy, and nothing can be restored afterwards.
What is not deleted
- Anonymous crash reports, which carry no account or profile identifier and are kept at most 90 days.
- Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store. Those belong to the store, not to us — deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it from the store.
